1. Service Status

Lottomatikai is a project developed and operated by Logika.studio, currently in the early stages of service delivery. These Terms govern the use of the platform and may be updated as the service evolves.

2. Service Provider

The Service Provider is Logika.studio, which develops, operates and owns the Lottomatikai platform. The Provider's full identifying information and contact details are being finalized and will be published in this section. logika.studio

3. Nature of the Service

Lottomatikai is a statistical analysis and decision-support tool that uses Machine Learning models to identify historical patterns in Lotto, SuperEnalotto, 10eLotto and MillionDAY draws. The platform does not guarantee winnings, does not provide winning number predictions and does not constitute financial, gaming or investment advice.

4. Permitted Use

The User agrees to use the platform in compliance with applicable law and to refrain from: mass scraping, reverse engineering, credential sharing, API endpoint abuse, any activity that compromises the security or availability of the service.

5. Responsible Gaming

Gambling is prohibited for those under 18 and can cause pathological addiction. Odds are unfavorable for the player. The User agrees to use the platform in a responsible and informed manner. ADM

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Lottomatikai platform (code, algorithms, ML models, design, texts, trademarks) are owned by Logika.studio and protected by copyright law and applicable regulations. Any unauthorized reproduction, use or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Provider shall not be liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform — including any economic losses related to gaming. The platform is provided 'as-is' to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. The User is invited to check them periodically.

9. Payments

Any transactions (subscriptions, credits or contributions) are handled via the external providers Ko-fi and PayPal, under their respective terms and privacy policies. Lottomatikai does not store full payment-card details. Pricing, renewal and any refund conditions will be specified when paid features are activated.

In case of conflict between the Italian and English versions of this document, the Italian text shall prevail.
